Al-Amwah Urban Youth Center
Al-Amwah City, Asir Region
This project falls under the urban landscape enhancement plan of the Asir Municipality. The site is a distinctive park covering an area of 30,350 m², located north of Al-Amwah City, directly on the main road and at the northern entrance of the city.
The site was designed to accommodate all youth groups through a variety of activities that meet the needs of the city’s young population. These include recreational spaces, plazas for social events, sports tracks, and an area dedicated to teaching horseback and camel riding.
Additionally, the main building was designed with a contemporary architectural style enriched with traditional elements inspired by the region’s architectural identity.
Bani Lam Garden
Tanomah city, Asir region.
The project falls under the urban landscape improvement plan of the Asir Region Municipality. The site is a distinctive park spanning 66,000 square meters north of Tanomah city. It features a natural waterfall atop the mountain range behind the park. The park comprises two sections separated by a wadi (valley) course. The design incorporates a main path connecting the two sections, culminating in a central plaza overlooking the waterfall. The design also includes seating areas, service facilities, and recreational spaces.
Furthermore, an electric vehicle route connects the park to a unique seating area atop the mountain behind it, offering panoramic views of the park and the main road.

Al Sharafiyah neighborhood, Abha, Asir region.
The project falls under the development projects of tourist and coastal areas in the city of Abha. The site is a park with an area of 144,000 m2 in which activities vary between open green areas, pedestrian paths, social event squares, service and recreational elements, in addition to the Urban Youth Center building and the open theater, as well as the presence of a continuous pedestrian path of 1 kilometer and flying seats with an internal view of the site and the city of Abha.

A Class (B) fuel station on a land area of 5143 m2, including petroleum services, car services, shops, individual accommodation, a Drive Thru location, a prayer room and an ATM. The station was designed according to the identity of the operating company with the addition of some local elements and finishing materials to give a distinctive local character to the building blocks.

A Class B fuel station on a 3,663 m² plot includes petroleum services, car services, retail shops, staff accommodation, a drive-thru, a prayer room, and an ATM.
The buildings were designed according to Saudi architectural identity, evident in the use of local architectural elements, vocabulary, color palettes, and finishing materials that reflect the character of the Abha highlands, all within a distinctive design and architectural style.

Al-Khalidiyah neighborhood, Abha, Asir region.
A distinctive building located on Al Yousef Road in the Al Khalidiyah district of Abha, comprising two basement levels (parking and retail spaces), a ground floor (retail spaces, entrances to hotel suites and administrative areas), and two upper floors (administrative and office spaces, with the top floor consisting of hotel suites).
The facades were designed with simplicity in mind, preserving the architectural identity of the Asir region by incorporating architectural elements inspired by the area’s heritage. This makes the building a distinctive architectural landmark on one of the city’s key thoroughfares.

Al-Shifa neighborhood, Abha, Asir region.
A hotel on a land area of 3700 m2 consisting of two basement floors (parking and services), a ground floor (shops), two repeated floors (hotel suites), and an upper annex (restaurant). The facade design was derived from simple geometric formations inspired by the architectural vocabulary of the Asir region, with balanced proportions between openings, local and contemporary finishing materials, and an interior design that meets the needs of tourists.

A hotel on a 650 m2 plot of land consisting of a basement (parking and services), a ground floor (shops), and four repeated floors (hotel suites). The building features a simple facade design derived from the architectural vocabulary of the Asir region and an interior design that meets the needs of tourists.

Designing a distinctive axis, one of the most important traffic axes connecting within the city of Abha, linking the two mountain passes of Dila and Shaar, in accordance with the principles of urban design and the requirements of the urban landscape, by studying traffic flow and automated routes, designing a connected pedestrian path free of obstacles, creating open areas for activities along the path, as well as organizing parking spaces and achieving the principles of comprehensive accessibility in the road design so that it includes all segments of society.
Rehabilitation of the public road in Al-Amwah

The project study is summarized in the design of King Abdulaziz Road, which is the main axis of the city, with a width of 100 meters, in accordance with the principles of urban design and the requirements of the urban landscape, by studying traffic flow and automated routes, designing a connected pedestrian path free of obstacles, with the creation of open areas for activities along the path, as well as organizing parking spaces and achieving the principles of universal access in the road design so that it includes all segments of society.
Commercial, Administrative, and Hotel Building
Al-Khalidiyah District, Abha, Asir Region
A distinctive building located on Al-Yusuf Road in the Al-Khalidiyah district of Abha. It consists of two basement levels (parking areas and commercial showrooms), a ground floor (commercial showrooms, entrances to hotel suites, and administrative spaces), and two upper floors (administrative and office spaces), while the top floor features hotel suites.
The façades were designed with a sense of simplicity while preserving the architectural identity of the Asir region by incorporating architectural elements inspired by its heritage. This approach makes the building a unique architectural landmark along one of the city’s key urban corridors.

Al-Sahafa neighborhood, Abha, Asir region.
An investment hall project on a 2920 m² plot, comprising three floors: the ground floor (women’s majlis, banquet hall, ladies’ dining hall, and all ancillary services); the mezzanine (bridal suite, photography studio, sleeping quarters, and ancillary services); and the first floor (men’s majlis, dining hall, central kitchen, and all ancillary services).
The project is distinguished by its varying elevations, which necessitated separate entrances for men and women to ensure complete privacy and separation. The facades were developed in a distinctive classical style, incorporating a high degree of detail on the main facades and setting the building apart from its surroundings.

Developing various initial ideas for the design of a commercial administrative building on a land area of 1840 m2 consisting of three floors: basement, ground floor, mezzanine, and eighteen repeated floors, with a distinctive architectural design and strong masses for an iconic building in the heart of Abha city.

Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz Road, Abha, Asir Region.
A commercial exhibition project on a land area of 11,152 m2 consisting of the main shop building (ground floor and mezzanine) and a separate building for express car orders. A distinctive architectural design has been developed that is compatible with the Saudi architectural identity, combining local and contemporary finishing materials with the addition of some architectural elements derived from the character of the Abha highlands.
Development of the Water Surfaces Surrounding Ghalabah Dam
Tanomah City, Asir Region
The project falls within the urban landscape enhancement plan of the Asir Municipality. The site consists of the open areas surrounding Ghalabah Dam, which were utilized to create a unique activity zone characterized by an environmentally friendly concept aligned with the surrounding natural landscape.
The site was designed to harmonize with the mountainous contour terrain around the dam. Restaurants, cabins, and service buildings were designed to blend seamlessly with the mountain environment in a respectful and preserved manner, using natural local materials. Additionally, all necessary service elements were provided to support the site and enhance the visitor experience.

A distinctive building designed in the local style consisting of the main mosque building with an area of 170 m2 and an annex building with an area of 60 m2 that includes the women’s prayer room and a small apartment for the imam. The design took into account simplicity in the masses and composition and the use of colors and materials inspired by the village environment and the surrounding nature.

A modernly designed mosque on a 256 m2 plot of land, consisting of a ground floor (men’s prayer hall and services) and a basement (women’s prayer hall with services). The design takes into account the balance in the composition of the masses and the use of colors and materials that complement the local environment of the area and its surroundings.

A modernly designed mosque on a 640 m2 plot of land, consisting of three floors: a ground floor (men’s prayer hall and services) and two basement levels (residential quarters for the imam, muezzin, and guard, and educational halls). The design takes into account the balance in the composition of the masses and the use of visually pleasing Islamic colors and decorations that reflect simplicity in the composition.
Sabt Tanomah Traditional Market
Tanomah City – Asir Region
The project falls under the Urban Landscape Improvement Plan of the Asir Region Municipality. The site is a heritage traditional market and one of the oldest commercial locations in the region, covering an area of 26,350 m². It includes a collection of historic buildings that once belonged to prominent merchants of the area, in addition to various open courtyards designated for different commercial activities.
Monday Balasmar Traditional Market
Balasmar City – Asir Region
This project is part of the Urban Landscape Improvement Plan of the Asir Region Municipality. The site is a heritage traditional market and one of the oldest commercial destinations in the region, renowned for hosting the annual Al-Burr Festival, and spans an area of 29,500 m².
The market is distinguished by its direct location on the main road and the presence of the Grand Mosque within its boundaries, which served as the primary inspiration for developing the market plazas and open spaces, including the main entrance square.
The design carefully considered organizing entry and exit movement within the market courtyards and providing essential service elements to ensure a unique visitor experience, while preserving the architectural identity of the Asir region through the use of traditional architectural elements in both renovated and newly developed buildings.
Al-Dahna Heritage Village Development
Tanomah City – Asir Region
The project is included in the Urban Landscape Improvement Plan of the Asir Region Municipality. The site is an old village and one of the region’s oldest heritage locations, covering 26,350 m².
Historically, the village was known for leather crafting and blacksmithing industries, and it includes a historic mosque and a heritage fortress among its structures.
Lahmah Heritage Village
Tareeb City – Asir Region
The project falls within the Urban Landscape Improvement Plan of the Asir Region Municipality. The site is a heritage village covering 17,300 m² and historically served as the center of decision-making in Tareeb.
The village is characterized by its linear layout overlooking Wadi Tareeb and functions as an open-air exhibition. It includes fifteen houses directly facing a longitudinal street running from north to south through the village.
The design preserved the architectural identity of the Asir region by incorporating traditional architectural elements into newly developed buildings while ensuring integration with the distinct historic structures. Several open courtyards were created within the village, its historical character was enhanced through service spaces and celebration plazas, and additional service activities were introduced to attract more tourists and maximize the benefit of the village’s strategic location.
Sunday Traditional Market
Ahad Rafidah City – Asir Region
This project is part of the Urban Landscape Improvement Plan of the Asir Region Municipality. The site is a heritage traditional market and one of the most established commercial destinations in the region, spanning 17,000 m². The city derived its name from the presence of this market within its historic core.
The market includes historic buildings once owned by leading merchants of the region, in addition to various activity-based courtyards.
The design emphasized integration between the old heritage buildings and the market plazas while preserving the architectural identity of the Asir region through traditional architectural elements in newly developed structures. It also ensured connectivity between internal market courtyards and surrounding open spaces, organized entry and exit circulation, and provided essential service elements to guarantee a distinctive visitor experience.
The Heritage Village.
Khamis Mushait, Asir region.
A huge commercial complex on an area of 66,210 m2 of three floors (basement, ground and first) designed in the local style to be an architectural icon in the heart of Khamis Mushait city. It includes a number of open squares designated for celebrations and popular gatherings, in addition to a large mosque and a 5-star hotel, making it a distinctive commercial and entertainment destination for tourists and residents of the region.
Service Buildings for the Saudi Electricity Company – Abha Branch
Abha, Asir Region
The project consists of a group of service buildings complementing the operations of the Saudi Electricity Company. It includes the design of a dedicated building for issuing employee and visitor ID cards—covering consultants and contractors—along with an internal control building and a vehicle maintenance building.
In addition, the project involved developing and applying the company’s architectural identity to all new building façades and the site’s main entrances, ensuring a unified architectural identity for the company across the Kingdom.

Development of the water bodies surrounding the Ghaleba Dam
Tanomah city, Asir region.
The project falls under the urban landscape improvement plan of the Asir Region Municipality. The site comprises the open spaces surrounding the Ghaliba Dam, which will be utilized to create a diverse and environmentally friendly activity that harmonizes with the surrounding environment.
The site was designed to complement the natural contours of the mountainous terrain surrounding the dam. Restaurants, cabins, and service buildings were designed to blend seamlessly into the natural landscape, respecting the environment and constructed using local, natural materials. Furthermore, all necessary services and amenities are provided to cater to the site and its visitors.

Al Al-Falat Village – Abha – Asir Region
A contemporary-style villa consisting of two floors and a rooftop annex, located within agricultural land and directly overlooking Wadi Abha.
The design adopts simple architectural masses and exterior finishes that blend harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment.

A residential building project on a land area of 1140 m2 located on two parallel streets, consisting of three basement floors, a ground floor, a first floor and an upper annex, and the design of the facades is inspired by the Asiri style and identity.

A residential villa project on a land area of 600 m2 consisting of two floors and an upper annex. The contemporary design is characterized by relatively large openings overlooking the front setback of the street, the variety in the projection of the facade blocks, and the use of simple finishing materials.
